By enrolling in a Riverkrest Football Academy program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your enrollment.

1. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Riverkrest Football Academy reserves the right to limit enrollment numbers per program tier. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. Code of Conduct

All players and parents/guardians are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. Riverkrest Football Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful, without refund.

4. Photography & Media

Riverkrest Football Academy may photograph or record sessions for promotional use on social media and the website. If you do not consent to your child's image being used, please notify us at info@riverkrest.ca before the first session.

5. Health & Safety

Participants must be in suitable physical health to participate in football training. Riverkrest Football Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions. We strongly recommend that participants have appropriate personal health insurance. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

6. Program Changes

Riverkrest Football Academy reserves the right to modify session dates, times, venues, or coaching staff where necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible in such circumstances.

7. Liability

Riverkrest Football Academy and its coaches are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or their belongings during sessions, except where caused by negligence on our part.
